The Jersey Shore Hunger Build

What it is

A creative competition where teams design and build amazing structures made entirely of canned and boxed goods, all to fight hunger in Monmouth & Ocean Counties. After the event, every can helps feed local neighbors in need!

Event Details

Date: Sunday, December 7, 2025
Time: Load in 10:00 AM • Build 11:00 AM – 2:00 PM • Awards Cocktail Reception 4 pm – 7 pm (Tickets $100, discounts available for builders) Location: Casino Auditorium at Georgian Court University, Lakewood, NJ

Team requirements
  • Collect at least 2,000 boxed or canned goods
  • $250 entry fee (includes 4 reception tickets)
  • Only 10 team spots available
  • All collected food donated to Fulfill after the event
