Third party events are hosted by individuals, organizations or groups in support of Fulfill. Fulfill does not sponsor these events and cannot reimburse expenses incurred as part of a third party fundraiser.
As the organizer of a third party event, you are responsible for the organization, promotion and execution of the event. In addition to permission to use our logo and a letter of support we can assist you in having a successful fundraising event by providing collateral materials such as informational and promotional items, newsletters, brochures, templates, posters, banners, etc. when available.
We will work to ensure that our supporters are aware of your event through our website and social media networks whenever appropriate and within context of our fundraising initiatives. We will review each Third party event individually regarding promotion, if 100% of the proceeds do not benefit Fulfill. We make diligent efforts to reduce any cost per dollar raised, and third party events do help us. Fulfill has been designated a Four Star Charity by Charity Navigator and of every dollar raised, $0.96 goes directly to programs that fight hunger in our community.
Please keep in mind that Fulfill protects the privacy of its clients, donors and volunteers. We do not share any donor names or contact information with third party fundraisers.
