We are looking to fill a Network Engagement Associate role at our Neptune, NJ location. This position provides support for the coordination of all aspects of Fulfill’s relationships with its agencies, and daily activities in the office. As a member of the Network Engagement Team, the Associate works with partner agencies and programs which receive emergency food for their clients from Fulfill’s Food Distribution Center. In this role, you will coordinate reporting for government programs (including The Emergency Food Assistance Program (TEFAP), State Food Purchase Program (SFPP), and Commodity Supplemental Food Program (CSFP)), ensuring accuracy, timely issue resolution, and performing monthly allocations of government commodities, build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with partner agencies and community programs to support food distribution efforts, coordinate communication with network partners, providing timely updates, resources, and assistance as needed, assist in planning and executing partner engagement initiatives, including trainings, meetings, and capacity-building activities. In addition, you will monitor partner agency compliance with food safety, reporting, and distribution guidelines; assist in conducting site visits and evaluations, support the collection, review, and submission of partner agency reports to ensure accurate data tracking and compliance, serve as a primary point of contact for partner inquiries, providing excellent customer service and problem-solving support and assist in the coordination of new partner onboarding, including documentation, training, and system setup.
Qualified candidates will have a minimum of two years of experience working for a non-profit organization and/or experience in working with government-sponsored programs. Must be able to read and write in English and at a level that is generally accepted as literate along with a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for occasional work at other locations.
Compensation: $22.75 – $26.90/hour
