Point Pleasant, NJ – Jenkinson’s Boardwalk, Casino Pier and Breakwater Beach of Point Pleasant Beach is a long-time supporter of Fulfill, formerly The FoodBank of Monmouth and Ocean Counties, most recently collaborating on a fundraiser during their annual Easter ticket sales. The campaign took place over the holiday weekend. Ticket promotions allowed customers to receive special two-for-one deals on attraction and admission passes. The promotion was available both online and on-site. Customers were presented with the option to donate to Fulfill, in an effort to help fight hunger and the effects of food insecurity in Monmouth and Ocean Counties. The campaign resulted in a generous donation, which will allow Fulfill to provide almost 15,000 meals to neighbors in our community. Fulfill is proud of its partnership with Jenkinson’s Boardwalk, Casino Pier and Breakwater Beach. Fulfill is especially excited that Alexander Taylor, Marketing Strategist for Jenkinson’s Boardwalk, will join Fulfill’s Board of Trustees this June and continue to support Fulfill’s mission.
The annual fundraiser helps raise awareness on the complex issues of hunger, while simultaneously becoming part of the solution, raising money to support the various programs Fulfill offers to assist the needs of the community. Fulfill is committed to providing an ever-growing, comprehensive suite of services to those in need. When we all work together as a team, “hunger won’t win here” in our communities.
“We are so thankful for our partnership with Jenkinson’s Boardwalk, Casino Pier and Breakwater Beach, and the entire Storino Family for their ongoing support and dedication to alleviating food insecurity in Monmouth and Ocean Counties. We look forward to welcoming Alex as a board member of Fulfill.” said Kim Guadagno, Fulfill’s President & CEO.
“On behalf of Jenkinson’s Boardwalk, Casino Pier and Breakwater Beach, we pride ourselves on being able to donate and give back to Fulfill of Monmouth and Ocean Counties annually during our 2-for-1 Easter Sale. We look forward to continuing our strong relationship with Fulfill to benefit our local communities for many years to come,” said Alexander Taylor, Marketing Strategist at Jenkinson’s Boardwalk.
