With continuous years of commitment, The Jersey Strong Foundation has surpassed the one million meal mark to our food insecure neighbors, which translates to over $340,000 in donations to Fulfill! The recent event with Jersey Strong and Fulfill at Top Golf in Edison, New Jersey, helped Jersey Strong reach its long-term goal. With a strong partnership and the help of 118 event attendees, the Foundation has allowed Fulfill to lead the effort to eliminate hunger in our local communities.
“What an amazing journey it’s been. Back in 2012, right after Superstorm Sandy, was the first time we donated to Fulfill. Little did we know that our partnership would ever have the bandwidth to affect the lives of so many,” said Ryan Hubler, Marketing Manager of Jersey Strong. “A huge thank you to our amazing members for helping us get to our goal of donating one million meals to our friends and neighbors in need, in our local communities. Such a humbling experience; one that we hope allows others to realize the great need there is in our own community.” Jersey Strong Gyms are owned by the Roma family.
The participants had an enjoyable night out that included a barbecue dinner, competitive golf, and continued discussion on their charitable goals.
